You mean chanhe the C-Clefs in staff 2 and 3 to a G8va bassa Clef creates lots of irregular measures?
If so: it does not for me
Or do you mean C major/minor and G major/minor key signature?

It looks more like the Dessus part is affecting the layout more than the clef changes. This is expected since Dessus has more notes.
