Hello,
As I'm working on the braille music project, I open scores created using Musescore 2 in Musescore 3. The result is very strange: Musescore 3 re-renders the pagination, generating lots of one-measure pages. It seems that Musescore 3's page is smaller and can't hold Musescore 2 scores. This happens by generating more extra pages if I answer no when it asks me to reset note positions, and fewer when answering yes. You can try any scores created using Musescore 2. This is a global problem, not for specific scores.

MuseScore renders scores differently from 2.x and you may need to redo the layout, sysstem- and page breaks are part of that.

Thanks. Then how to redo such layout? I'm blind, so it's impossible to work using mouse to click on the score. If there's a shortcut which can let Musescore 3 keep the layout from 2, then I can do it, otherwise I have to use 2 forever to export the poorer xml files.

Hmm... You may indeed want to continue using MuseScore 2.3.2 for 2.x files then. You can install 3.0 in parallel for newer scores.

I think only Musescore has such a strange issue. Other softwares like Finale, Sibelius, Overture, Encore etc, don't have this problem. Perhaps this is because they are expensive, but I don't know whether LibreOffice will change pagination of its document when updating to a new version :-)
