2) Right-click system break -> Select all similar elements

Unexpected result: system breaks are (seem) gone, but the layout has not changed - ie remains on 8 systems instead of 2 expected.

Considering the considerable impact of this issue on any layout actions, so, raised to severity: blocker
See #284425: No relayout after deleting system break. We found this very soon after the change that caused it, and there's a PR for it already just waiting to be merged. BTW, it fixes itself on the next full layout.
