Create time signature only with nominator not possible

In 3.0.5 it's not possible to create a new time signature (via master palette) with only a nominator. This nominator should be placed "centered" in the lines.
If the denominator is leaved blank (text), the created time signature shows the nominator and denominator as shown left (value).
The attached screenshot shows a working example in 2.3.2.
