Lyrics placement
I'm creating a hymnal-style SATB closed score, but want the sopranos to have a separate line of lyrics above the staff (while altos' lyrics are below). Advice? Thanks.

Use voices (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/voices). Enter the soprano part's lyrics first and set their location to above, then enter the Alto lyrics and they will not interfere with one another.
Use "Above" property of those Soprano lyrics
