Maybe... A silly question...

Hi, Gang!!!

I use MuseScore 3.0.5 (not the Portable AppImage) in Ubuntu Studio 18.04.2 LTS (64 bit Linux).

I want to know if there is some way to prevent the action of the Ubuntu Screen Saver while we are playing some piece with MuseScore.

In my case, I have configured the saver to reduce the bright after 5 minutes of keyboard zero activity, and to put the screen black after 15 minutes of keyboard zero activity.

Can we ask MuseScore "to disobey this rule"? ??? How? ???

Blessings and Greetings from Chile!!!

Probably not.
But you can use an app called Caffeine (there is Caffeine on Mac - and Caffeine for Linux, it's not made by same developer, but doing same thing).
