error opening musescore file

I get an error message everytime i try to open this file
i am on an amazon fire tablet and it was sent to me with someone on an ipad.
Is that a reason for an error?
or is there a problem with this file.

It is a score created with MuseScore 3(.0.4). I guess the MuseScpore app for your Kindle Fire tablet has not yet been upgraded to be able to read MuseScoore 3 files. The mobile Apps for iOS and Android have meanwhile though.

I'm having the same issue with iOS. I have the song (created with Musescore 3.2.2.22888) saved to iCloud Drive. I click the file in iOS and it opens Musescore and says it's copying it. Once the copy is completed, the screen is just white and if I look in the library, the file name is just numbers and the icon is of a musical note. The error I get when trying to open it is "This item is temporarily unavailable".

Thoughts?
