In Musescore 2, it was possible to reorder drumset shortcuts, displayed in the Drum input palette, by dragging them to where you want. In Musescore 3, that is no longer possible. Now, the order of the note shortcuts are fixed in the order they were added. Please restore the ability to reorder displayed drumset shortcuts.
To reproduce regression, try to drag the icons in the Drum input palette with a mouse in Musescore 3--nothing happens.
