Change default status to "Any" on issue search.

Currently, when you do a search in the issues, the results default to open issues only and ignores all fixed or closed issues. When looking to see if an issue exists, it is best to look at all issues rather than only the open issues.

I guess programmers look for open issues to see what needs fixed, but users generally want all issues to see if something is reported.
