OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.1.0.7080, revision: 5136e5c
- Open the attached 2.x score and take the reset.
- In system 3, click on a staccato dot and move it down one step with the keyboard down arrow.
- Do the same for a staccato dot in system 2, then system 1.
Result: There is a small, unexpected shift in the layout of systems after each staccato mark is moved.

Some of these shifts are by-products of the way scores are initially imported, others are more serious (see #289933: Layout shift in measure at start of system). For now, I'm treating this one as minor in comparison based on the specific circumstances, but ultimately we want no shifts, and this one could be a symtpom of other problems as well.
Seems to be due to the fingering, the way it affects spacing is apparently not fully applied on the first layout. No particular reason why this should be so. But I do note if I save in 3.1, it continues to happen, but if I then delete fingerings, it doesn't.
