Windows 10. For me, the Page Settings dialog isn't opening. When I try to launch it either from the menu, Format > Page Settings..., or from right clicking on the staff, it produces a blank window that is not displayed. This blank window cannot be seen, although it can be closed by pressing Esc or Enter.

Derp. That did the trick. Turned out that the dialog was indeed on a second screen that was not there. Thanks!
