Current master: OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.2.0.7566, revision: dc1e975

1) Open the program
2) Plugins -> Plugin Manager

Unexpected result: plugins appear 3 times each in the Manager.

For the record, Revert to Factory Settings solves this issue.
So I don't know how to think about this issue right now ?

On the other hand, this issue is still present: #291584: Problem when reload the first plugin in interaction with a second plugin in Plugin Manager list
Eg in "Advanced Workspace", by opening the Plugin Manager two times:
(ie: Plugins/PluginManager/Ok/Plugins/Plugin Manager), at the second opening, "ABC import" unchecks itself.
And if you want to reload it via (re-tick "ABC import" / Reload the plugins), here again, the operation fails, the plugin unchecks itself.
