Opens off screen and when it is visible, will not let me click on window, acting as if there's something open over top

Open Musescore. Every time.
I've been using dual monitors and it worked at the beginning and was just a bit glitchy and now it happens every time with just computer monitor or dual.
Single screen, it opens where I can't reach it. Dual it opens but won't let me click anything and I have to force close.
I've reinstalled multiple times. I love Musescore but I'm going to have to move on if there's not a repair soon. I've been doing my scores by hand recently and I need an digital log.
