Chord symbols: Placement "Set as Style" button not working

  1. Open attached 2.x file and take the reset.
  2. Select the first chord symbol and set "Placement" to "Below" in the "Chord symbol" section of the Inspector.
  3. Press the "Set as Style" button for that same property.

Expected behaviour: All chord symbols should be set to below.
Actual behaviour: The first chord symbol is set to "Below" (as expected) but nothing happens after step 3.

Status active ⇒ by design

Those chords are explicitly set to Above and hence remain that way regardless of style changes, which is correct. To get them to respect style changes, you need to reset them to Auto (eg, via Ctrl+R), just as is always the case with any property of any element.
