Issue with multiple moniters

To reproduce:
1) Connect a second monitor.
2) Open the instruments view.
3) Move the instruments view that opens up to the second monitor.
4) Disconnect the monitor.

Now if you try to open up the instruments view it won't show up, since it's trying to open on the second monitor which isn't connected. This means you have to connect back the monitor to move the instruments view back to the main screen.
