This Epic issue was created to track which dialog boxes need to have the tab order fixed. This is very necessary for users of screen readers.

I won't close this issue as there may be more dialogs left to fix (including the mixer and inspector), but I made a pass through and fixed quite a bit, including Staff Properties, Format / Style, and Edit / Preferences (the worst offenders). But I will go so far as to say that when this is merged, severity / priority can probably be dropped.
