You don't. You may be able to add it to a custom palette in a custom workspace though.

Thanks, Jojo. I'll have to figure that out....
You can't add one to the palette that I know of*, but you can simply add a 32nd to your score then press "Q" to halve it.
*Well, you might be able to save a workspace or palette, edit it in a text editor, and figure out the XML to add one.

So you know, you can change any grace note to any duration by selecting it and pressing the appropriate duration. I've made 1/2 note grace notes as well as dotted grace notes even though the dots are placed in the wrong spot.

Or select and press 1, or use the corresponding icon in the note input toolbar
