Win 7/10. MS 3.2.3.

  1. Open the attached file.
  2. Open the Mixer and click on the Voice channel (No. 1).
  3. Now click on the Piano channel (No. 2)
Result: The display unexpectedly jumps. Look above the channel faders and you will see why: an extra space has been introduced between "Channel" and "Sound." AFAICS, this only affects the Piano channel (but may affect other patches as well).

This is a nuisance when mixing. If you are on channel 1 and you click on the Grand Piano fader in channel 2, the fader automatically moves to a higher position; if you then click on a fader in another channel the fader jumps downwards.

Grand staff uses 2 sets of voices: 4 for upper and 4 for lower.
That's where the jump comes from.
