Expected behavior: The score in the Open Recent menu loads
Actual behavior: Any score with a CJK title (eg 光榮頌.mscz) fails to load
Cannot read file [filepath.../]???.mscz:
The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

I believe this is a windows problem and it's cause has been discovered. I'm not sure if it will be fixed in the next release, but it should. If you use the File->Open menu you should be able to open the score until a permanent fix is found.
I don't remember seeing this in the issue tracker before, so I'm changing the frequency to many and it can be closed when the issue is fixed, even if it doesn't require a PR.
