If a key signature is added to a bar that begins with an end-start repeat barline the key signature will appear inside the two halves of the the back-to-back repeat barlines as expected.
On deletion of the key signature the two halves reunite but the result is too thick and emboldened looking.

The barline itself then seems to retain the issue in its properties as deleting the end-start repeat barline and re-adding it shows the same thick and emboldened line.

If applied straightaway, one workaround is to use undo to remove the added key signature so that the barlines unite and look as expected in the usual proportions.

It also goes away on save & reload. I suspect the problem is that that the key signature segment is still present but marked "disabled", and somewhere we are missing a check for this.
