Add an acciacatura. The symbol is added, but (unlike the symbol on the palette) the slur between the grace note and the target note is missing. It is then necessary to add it manually.
Comments
This is by design, if you want a slur, add it. The icon contains that slur basically to demonstrate it to be a prefrix
