cannot "saving on line"

Since last sunday, I can't saving on line.... I totally uninstalled the software, cleaned the remaining files, downloaded a new one and reinstalled starting from zero. I redid the "saving online" test and still nothing. Others post always, and I can not. The problem is related to my username ??
I have several pieces to post ... I wish I could do it.

You will need to use the upload link at the top of this or any MuseScore page. There are others who have experienced this but the problem is alluding everyone at the moment.

Which operating system are your using and confirm this started when you upgraded to version 3.3.

yes, I have this probleme since the last up grade. Just after I upgraded, I wanted to save online and the problem started. I am "reassured" not to be the only one .. I let you work while waiting for the new update. Good work.
