Is there a way for me to copy just the top/middle/bottom notes of this?
I wrote out a condensed sketch of a project I am doing and was wondering if there was an easy way to extract just the top/middle/bottom line of notes.

Since there are 2 notes in every chord I would add a staff below the top staff and one below the bottom staff. I would then use Tools->Explode so each staff has one line of notes. I would then do the copy and pasting that needs done and use Tools Implode (twice for each) as needed to put the notes back into chords. You can the delete the unneeded staves.
