Super zoomed in on my tv with big buttons
When I open Muse Score I have 6 Giant buttons and I Cannot zoom out even when I have tried Zoom in and Out with the command keys. I am on a Mac mini connected to my TV but it still seems to not work.

You need to change the monitor resolution of your Mac.
See: Specify monitor resolution (override autodetection)
https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/command-line-options#DESCRIPTION
To be clear: you don't need to change the monitor resolution itself, you need to tell MuseScore what that resolution is, using the "-D xxx" command-line option, where "xxx" is the resolution in DPI.

See the Handbook in the Support menu above and go down to the section on command line options. It explains the process for various different operating systems. A general web search can also help. Basically, you need to type the full pathname of the MuseScore executable (the Handbook explains how to find that for your particular OS) followed by the -D 72 or whatever.
