My Axiom air32 mini is not being recognized as a midi input. I plugged in the usb keyboard before Musescore was open, and the keyboard is certainly on, as the LED lights are on and responsive, but upon going to Preferences and I/O, the dropdown menu next to both midi input, and midi output are completely blank, and clicking on them doesn't yield a response. I am running the most current version of Musescore. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

What OS, and are you sure the device has correct drivers (32 or 64 bit) for the version of MuseScore you have installed? Could be you are running the default 64 bit MuseScore but the keyboard provides only 32 bit drivers. If you can't get 64 bit drivers, try the 32 bit download of MuseScore.
