In text edit mode, the Inspector is active but shouldn't be

OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.4.1.9660, revision: 20414b2

Probably an issue in previous versions of MS 3 as well.

  1. Create some text.
  2. In text-edit mode (with or without text selected), make a change to the Inspector, such as adding a frame.
    Result: Changes are made to the whole text object.
  3. Exit text-edit mode.
    Result: The changes are lost.

My guess is that the Inspector should be disabled in text-edit mode.
