Multiple window errors

Currently, it just happens right when I open Musescore 3. I try to open the Score Properties, the window for it opens; however I cant actually see the window and Musescore acts like the window is open. When I click on Staff/ part properties, nothing opens but the program thinks its open, the same thing happens for Measure Properties. This prevents me from renaming instruments and editing Staff parts and Measure stuff. Restarting the program does not fix it nor restarting the computer.
