Font size changes made in Inspector do not stick

Font size changes attempted in Inspector do not work. Font size of individual chord symbols, title, composer, etc. can not be changed in Inspector. Although one may change the number in the Font Size dialog in the Inspector, the font size change does not stick, but rather (1) does not occur at all, or (2) reverts to the size before selection and alteration.

Steps to reproduce:
CHORD SYMBOLS
1. Open any score with chord symbols.
2. Double click to select and highlight an individual chord symbol.
3. Attempt to alter that chord symbol's font size in the Inspector.
4. Any of: tab away, click away, or close Inspector.
Observe that the chord symbol's font size reverts to pre-change size.

WORSE YET, I note that the toolbar along the footer, which used to open automatically, no longer appears when working with chord symbols. Thus, individual chord symbols font size cannot be changed.

Workaround: use the toolbar in the footer, which automatically opens when the title text is selected.
