Rests not rewritten when pasting into new time signature

1. Open attached score (produced in 2.0).
2. 'Select All'.
3. 'Copy'.
4. Create 2/4 piano score.
5. Click on first bar of treble stave.
6. 'Paste'.

Result: The bar rests are off-centre.

Those are half rests, not bar rests. This is just a symptom of the fact we don't rewrite rests when pasting. Paste into 3/4 and you'll see half rests *and* quarter rests. Just delete them to get the measure rests.

But someday it would indeed by nice if MsueScore figured this out automatically.
