Can't find or use the plugin

I downloaded the plugin and tried to use it, but I couldn't find how to use it. I first tried:
1) Clicking on the "Plugins" tab in the menu
2) Clicking on "Plugin Manager"
3) Clicking the checkbox on every plugin (none of them said anything about tempo change)
4) Looking back at the "Plugins" tab to find the tempo change plugin, but it was not there
I then tried:
1) Going to the "Finder" application to find the file
2) Went to the "Downloads" section
3) Clicked on the "MuseScore_TempoChanges-3.1.4" folder
4) Opened all files in the folder
5) Clicking on the "Plugins" tab in the menu
6) Clicking on "Plugin Manager"
7) Clicking the checkbox on every plugin (none of them said anything about tempo change)
8) Looking back at the "Plugins" tab to find the tempo change plugin, but it was still not there

Maybe I'm doing stuff wrong, but I can't seem to make it work
