Gap between flat sign and note name
Is it possible to fix the gap between the flat sign and note name in the Palatino Linotype font?

That font must lack the proper flat sign itself, so MuseScore is substituting one from another font that doesn’t match. Better to use a font that includes the proper characters.
Future versions of MuseScore may change how it decides which flat sign to substitute which may help in many cases.
