Hi, everyone!
When we toggle "Regroup rhythm" in 7/8 time signature with beam XXX XX XX (eighth notes), we find "1· 2 3" transformed into "1· 22 3", but "1- 2·" remaining the same, and all double-dotted half notes are broken.
Thank you for your help!

Regroup rhythms isn't just, or even primarily, about the beaming, it actually uses its own algorithms to decide how to rewrite things based on its own knowledge of the time signature. But it probably doesn't know much if anything about 7/8. No doubt its behavior could be improved. But note it was never really intended to be anything more than a quick-and-dirty first pass over poorly written or imported music. It's still expected you will want to hand-correct things.
