create a score.
Place some notes.
Look in "Pallets" for Ritardando.
"Search" in Pallets for Ritardando.
It's not there.
It would be nice if it was.

You can put it there yourself. Create it as a system text item and then CTRL+SHIFT and drag it to whichever pallet you would like to keep it in.

Not a regression as this never existed.
Not a bug for the same reason, but a feature request AKA suggestion.
Has come up very frequently, and probably is a duplicate, but I'm too lazy to seek for it.
Workaround is to use https://musescore.org/project/tempochanges
Another workaround, without playback, is system- or staff text accel. and rit.
