Before starting, I have both Timbres of Heaven and the standard Musescore soundfont installed. I know these are not the issue, because I use this combination on all the rest of my scores and it has never been an issue.

So I have a score, and somehow it got corrupted because some rhythms in the reed 1 part decided to go screwy and put in rests with values that are outside the time signature. It crashed any time I did one of the below, so I tried to see if by removing the issue section completely if it would fix it. I was able to remove all the problematic (and non-problematic) measures, but whenever I tried to save, it crashed the entire application.

1) Open my score
2) Leave open for a period of time (<10 minutes) or attempt to save
3) Crash 100% of the time

You need to fix those corruptions, see https://musescore.org/en/node/54721
It crashes on saving, so for the time being you may need to disable autosave or delete all parts (File > Parts > Delete...

I told you, I did all that. I even deleted all the measures, instruments, and parts, but it still won't stop crashing.

Deleting the parts doesn't delete any of your work (except maybe formatting of those parts). Still the corruptions need to get fixed, one by one

You're all but one, so Frequency once, and it doesn't block you from using MuseScore in general, so not a Blocker

Severity S1 - Blocker S2 - Critical

You video doens't show you deleting the parts. That almost certainly needs to be the first step - going to File / Parts and deleting the parts. Only after doing that should you attempt to do any other repair. As explained above, this doesn't remove the music, only the separate part tabs, which can be regenerated after you've successfully fixed the corruptions.
