Mac OSX El Capitan (latest)
- Imported MIDI file,
- changed time signature to 4/4 than
- did "regroup rhythm",
- than copied the music so that first 8th note starts at beat 1.
- Pressed "regroup Rhythm" again - CRASH!!!

By looking at the images, the score is already corrupted after step 4: the ties in the "splitted" (and in principle all tied together) long notes are corrupted (some notes are skipped by the ties). It is issue #301414: Corrupt tie created on paste of tied note that requires additional tie
So also this issue is most probably solved by commit 43573a9eddf
