Transpose
I read the info about transposing that ask to do Ctrl+A, select NOTES then TRANSPOSE but I do not have NOTES to select. I just install the Musescore version 3.4.2.9788 a few minutes ago thus it should be the latest version. Please advice.

Ctrl-A also selects the notes (those are included in the selection).

After pressing Ctrl+A, click the button labeled Notes that has appeared at the bottom of the Inspector panel on the right side of the window. (You can see this button in your screen shot.)
Thank all. I found Transpose in Tools thus the instruction was wrong as there is no Note to select.
You must have read an older tutorial. The transpose command was moved from Notes to Tools as of MuseScore 3.
