Workaround: delete and reapply those double barlines (for the final barline a delete is sufficient)

It is an export issue, not a import one. Or both, not sure

It's an import issue. The exported musicxml is correct. The issue is only with non-final barlines after #290694: [MusicXML Import] Final barlines no longer spanning staves on imported MusicXML files.

No, I checked the nightly and non-final barlines are still affected. The linked issue only solved final barlines.
Just checked, still applicable to master as of yesterday, commit 68dd530.
Fix for 3.6 available in https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/8175. Contrary to the comment in the PR, the fix is not found in in the current 3.6.2_backend branch. It is in branch 3.6.2_backend_musicxml (current head at commit af08d40).
But that PR got merged into 3.6.2_backend.
