If your card was charged, you - or someone using your computer - probably signed up for a free trial account that has now expired. After all, debit card numbers don't just enter themselves :-). But, there is no trial account here on musescore.org. If the charge says something about MuseScore, then it is probably an account on the score sharing website musescore.com, so you'd have to contact their support to clarify.
