Short and tick barlines do not always "stick" on saving.
1. Load 1st attached score.
2. Change some of the barlines to tick or short either from the palette or the inspector.
3. Save
4. Reload score
Expected behaviour: the changed barlines should still look the same
Actual behaviour: the changed barlines revert to normal
But in the second score some of the barlines have retained their short style - go figure?

Is this still reproducible in a score created from scratch? There were fairly significant fixes to barline behavior made recently. Note it would be necessary to create from scratch to see the fixes - using the template or My First Score would not be good enough, as they still contain the "old" barlines for now.
I cannot reproduce the bug with latest MuseScore 889dc16f16
I will check with a new build on Saturday
Yeah sorry Marc - I've been absolutely up to my neck in concert planning and rehearsal on top of my usual church MD duties this year.
I now have a new build. Will try o make time to test this weekend.
Very strange score https://musescore.org/sites/musescore.org/files/issues/Antiphon_before_…. I cannot neither edit them nor hear proper playback...
