[BUG] Initial clef keeps being reset to treble clef in violoncello system
There are 2 cello staves in the attached scores. The "Instruments..." dialog assigned them trebles clefs, which cannot be changed there (in that very dialog).
When I change the initial clef to a bass clef, the file does not remember, and on re-opening it shows the treble clef again.
Am I doing something wrong here? Or is this a bug?
Also, why can a clef not be changed in the instruments list?
Thank you!

Originally, it's a XML format file (from Finale)
From MuseScore now, change litteraly of instrument (in Staff Properties, so choose again Violoncello), and this glitch will be solved, see: violoncello.mscz

That worked fine! Thank you!
Still don't know, why the fact that it is an XML file, has anything to do with it, since it should remember what was edited, right?

Please share the xml too

I do not see an XML anywhere... nothing to share, sorry.

Where did you get that score from then, if not from an XML import?

Ah, I guess you mean musicxml. Of course. Here it is and the clef in the part in question (P12) is indeed set to G on line 2.
Still, after editing the score, this should change, right?

Probably. Investigation needed
