Creating an arrangement by using directly a MIDI-keyboard ...?!?
What I mean is to record my MIDI-keyboard playing into the MuseScore INSTEAD of entering the data manually note-by-note ...does MuseScore function like any other MIDI-SEQUENCER Program ...?

You can try to record in real-time, but there is a huge difference between recording something and producing readable notation. Sequencers won't generally tackle that problem. But you can use them in tandem - record with the sequencer, then save as MIDI and import into MuseScore. So, use the sequencer for what it is good at (recording), use MuseScore for what it is good at (notation).
