Translation: I can't see the icons in the toolbars very well.

In the menu Edit->Preferences under the General tab there are options to set the icon Height and Width so they will be a comfortable size for you.

In the future, please start conversations in the Spanish forum located at https://musescore.org/es/forum. There are a couple of people who will help you there.

Also check the command line options and try telling MuseScore what DPI your screen has via its' -D option
