One night, I'm working on this score. I saved it, closed MuseScore correctly, turned off my computer and went to sleep.
Next day, I wanted to continue the score, and MuseScore stopped producing sounds.

Some friends of mine have opened the score and their MuseScore can play it.

When checking the I/O settings, MuseScore doesn't display any option for audio input or output.
Also, the mixer and the synthesyzer are disabled.

I've already reverted the factory settings and it hasn't helped.
I've already reverted all I/O preferences to default and nothing happened.
I've uninstalled MuseScore and installed it again and still nothing has changed.

I work on a 2015 MacBook Pro with MacOs Catalina and the only weird thing I've done to MuseScore was changing the properties of the Bb Clarinete to make it work as an A Clarinete.

Any other application have sound issues, not even DAWs like Pro Tools, Ableton or Logic Pro X.

Hi Jojo, thanks for the answer, I tried the NVRAM reset and also restarting my computer in safety mode but, unfortunately, MuseScore still can't play any sound or score. I do not know if the issue is related to any MuseScore Audio Driver cause any of my other softwares have audio issues, and deleting and reinstalling MuseScore hasn't helped.
So, what do you think? Is it possible to be an audio driver problem?
Thanks for the help!

I could indeed be an incompatibility of driver, although is probably less likely on macOS than on other system. Have you tried any other settings in Edit / Preferences / I/O (different radio buttons)?
