Issues with time signatures parentheses

There are some issues with time signatures and parentheses (brackets).

• Their positions can be better adjusted (right paren. is a little far away)
• They don't scale properly when the t/s is scaled or stretched
• They aren't saved to the file! they are lost after reopening the score.

Note: To add brackets to a time signature, use the '(' key (shift-9 on an english keyboard).
There is also a refresh/redraw issue so the brackets can not show until the next interaction.
