Whole note sounds like many repeated notes (0.9.6 regression)

1. Create a new score for violin
2. Add a whole note to the score
3. Press play

Expected behavior: One continuous sound (when I play a whole in prerelease r.2059 it even gives me a nice vibrato for the duration of the whole note).

Actual behavior: It sounds like the note is restarting multiple times (similar to a series of 32nd notes on the same pitch).

Tested using r.2205 nightly, Windows XP. Bug not present in prerelease 2059 (I haven't tested any other versions)
