Update transpose up/down shortcuts to update selection

This will allow the onscreen keyboard to reflect the changes of the selection after a range transposition up/down a semitone (including key signatures). Before updating the transposition shortcuts to be range-based rather than score based, there was no updating of selection of course since it would remove any selection after issuing the score-wide command from the keyboard. Since it was converted to range-based, it ought to update the internal selection so that, again, the on-screen keyboard will reflect the changes. This was omitted in transition, so now it's time to update it.
