1) Open attached score. It has stemless notes in staff 1 (Flute) in measure 2 and staff 2 (Oboe) in measure 3).
2) Create parts.
Expected result:
-) Flute part should have stemless notes in measure 2.
-) Oboe part should have stemless notes in measure 3.
Actual result:
Both part have no stemless notes at all.
Workaround is to change the measure properties manually after creating the parts.

cloneStaves now also clones the "stemless" measure property._
