Change in number of measures before a staff type change doesn't automatically update next measures

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Open attached .mscz file
2) Select second measure
3) Press insert or ctrl+backspace
4) Hope you were prepared for your eyes breaking ;p

As outlined by mike320, the problem goes away when the score is saved and opened again.
