Attached is an mscz file that displays the problem, and a pdf file exported before saving the file . On reopening the file, or on uploading to musescore.com, the initial clefs are displayed.

In this case the staves affected have the stave lines and note heads set to non-visible. Not sure if this is related to the problem. Also, the mscz file can cause musescore to crash.

To reproduce problem:
1 - Set initial clef of staves marked "EJ 6" to "EJ 16" as non-visible.
2 - Export pdf. Content of pdf is as expected,
3 - Upload file to musescore.com. Clefs that had been marked non-visible are visible in score.
4 - Save file, close, and reopen. Clefs that had been marked non-visible are now visible.

Environment:
OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.5.2.311459983, revision: 465e7b6
