the space where sheet music should be displayed stays black
Hello, I have a big problem with my muse score and need your help! When I attempt to open it, the application opens, but the space where sheet music should be displayed stays black. I have attempted to create a new score but the screen is still black.

I see you are using verison 2. There was a version 2 release where this was a known issue and there was an emergency release to fix it.
If you are new to MuseScore then by all means start with the latest release, 3.5.2 found at https://musescore.org/en/download.

Got fixed in 2.0.3.1, but you should rather bei using 2.3.2, the last 2.x.
And 3.5.2, the current 3.x
